Update of NTMEcap default cargo data

The update of general default data for all modes of traffic is a continuous process. In general, we recommend use of specific supplier data if available. These data are preferably used for benchmarking in the procurement process and as fall-back data when supplier’s data is insufficient. The NTMEcap-data are assessed conservatively i.e. they should be somewhat higher than what suppliers would claim as reasonable. The ambition is to update these default data in November every year.
